- The designer owns all copyright to the design and entire website until final payment is made by the client. If payment is not made, then we have the right to pull down the site.
- In event of failure of payment for domain, your domain will expire and can be sold off from the open market automatically by the Registrars, we cannot be held responsible for such a event. It is the responsibly of the client to check the expiry of their domain and make payments atleast 15 days in advance to avoid domain expiry.
- In event of non payment for hosting, your website will be suspended and your email accounts will become in-active. we will not be held liable for such a event.
- we give 99% reliability, that leaves 1 %, which comes to about 3 days of downtime in a year.
- We take weekly backups of your website, mostly on a Friday. If you would like us to restore your website, then contact us well in advance or the newer backup will overwrite the older one.
